Yocare Healthcare Solutions is a privately owned Supported Accommodation company based in Yorkshire and Humber area, established in 2020 committed to providing high quality support for young people that are looked after and leaving care.

 

 
Our purpose at Yocare Healthcare Solutions Limited is to provide a high standard of accommodation and a supportive environment for Young People (YP) aged 16 to 25 years who are vulnerable, looked after and leaving care, to ensure young people are able to develop and maintain respect, independence, self-care skills, life skills and enable them to make informed, age-appropriate decisions, concerning their present and future so they can have a chance to fulfill their full potential and achieve a positive transition into independence and adulthood. 
 

 
The aim of the placement would be to provide young people with secure, stable and structured placements with clear boundaries for the duration identified by their own needs. As part of the package provided by Yocare Healthcare Solutions Limited, support is given to assist young people to acquire the skills necessary to live independently and progress into the journey of achieving greater independence. Yocare Healthcare Solutions Limited believes that every individual is entitled to good health (enjoy good mental, physical health and living a healthy lifestyle), safety (being protected from harm and neglect), make a positive contribution (being involved with the community and society and not engaging in antisocial or offending behaviour) and enjoy and achieve (getting most of life and developing skills of adulthood).
